Privacy Plainly.
Privacy policy
Last updated October 19, 2026.
This is the website of Rubio's Fabrication, a one-person custom steel shop run by Mario Rubio in Fresno, California. This policy explains what happens to the information you send through this site. The short version: we collect only what you choose to send, we use it only to answer you, and we never sell or share it.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form and send on purpose:
- The order form: your name, phone number and/or email address, what you want made, a rough size, whether you want pickup or shipping, and the choices you made in the sign builder.
- The privacy request form: your name, email address and what you are asking for.
We do not collect payment details, government ID numbers, precise location, or any sensitive personal information on this site.
Our web host, Cloudflare, processes basic technical information that every website receives, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. We do not use it to identify or follow you.
How we use it
To read your request, reply with a price, make your piece, and get it to you. That is all.
Who else handles it
- Formspree delivers form messages from this site to Mario's email inbox.
- Google (Gmail) hosts that inbox.
- Cloudflare hosts this website.
These companies handle the information only to provide those services. We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we have not done so in the past 12 months.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising pixels, session recorders or other trackers. No other company can collect information about your activity over time or across websites through this site. The sign builder runs entirely in your browser and does not save anything.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because we do not track visitors or sell or share personal information, a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser has nothing to switch off here. We still treat a GPC signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and we honor it.
Your browser is sending a Global Privacy Control signal. It is being honored.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages for as long as we need them to finish your order and keep ordinary business records, and then we delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
How we protect it
The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), keeps no database of its own, and loads no outside code. Form messages go straight to Mario's inbox.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your California privacy rights
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA, as amended) gives you these rights. Rubio's Fabrication is a small business and may not be required to follow every part of that law, but we honor these requests for everyone anyway:
- Know: ask what personal information we have about you, where it came from, and what we do with it.
- Delete: ask us to delete personal information we have about you, whether you gave it to us or we got it some other way. We only ever get it from you.
- Correct: ask us to fix information that is wrong.
- Opt out of sale or sharing: we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you may still ask.
- No discrimination: using any of these rights will never change the price or service you get.
California's "Shine the Light" law lets you ask whether we share personal information with others for their own marketing. We do not.
How to make a request
Use the form below, email Rubiosfabrication@gmail.com, or call (559) 486-9277. To protect your information, we may ask you to confirm the request from the same email address or phone number you used with us. You may also have someone you authorize make a request for you. We will answer within 45 days.
Request received.
We will reply within 45 days, usually much sooner.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
